As an instructor and professional dancer for over twenty years, Christy Holden is highly qualified to provide local youngsters and adults with an opportunity to learn and appreciate the art of dance. As a dancer for the Cecchetti Ballet of New York, the Russian Ballet, the Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet and others, Holden offers a unique perspective for her students. She continues to perform and teach as an artist in residence for the City Ballet of Houston and is the only ISTD Cecchetti certified instructor of classical ballet in north Louisiana.
The staff of Power & Grace combines a wide variety of professional dance experience such as Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Sacred Dance Ministry of New Orleans, the San Antonio Spurs, and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders as well as college experiences from the NSU Demon Dazzlers, the University of Tennessee Dance Company, and many more. Several instructors also have movie and modeling experience to share with their students. Additionally, Power & Grace students have the unique opportunity to develop their skills under the direction of internationally known professional choreographers who regularly participate in workshops and residencies sponsored by Power & Grace.
